Sterling silver will tarnish over time from exposure to numerous things, the most common being salty air and sulfur.                                                                                                                                          

You might be thinking so don't ever wear my jewellery to prevent tarnishing? You'd be wrong, the more frequent you wear your jewellery the less maintenance it will typically require.                                                                                                                                                                   

If you notice your jewellery is dirty, you can wash your piece in warm soapy water using an unscented dish liquid and toothbrush, lightly scrub until the shine returns. Pat dry with a clean towel and polish with a polishing cloth.                                                                                                                                                               

When not in use for long periods, store your pieces in our jewellery box. Alternatively, seal pieces individually in an airtight container or bag to prevent tarnishing.

If you have ordered a piece or multiple from any one of our collections, you can expect them to be shipped within 2-4 weeks.                                                                                                                          

With all your details on sizing and design references we will begin the process of drawing your design. Depending on your request and the level of detail this may be quick or slow, once finished we will confirm the design with you before starting the commission. This process normally takes about 2 weeks, Crafting your one of a kind ring will also take a minimum of 2 weeks. We will try our best to keep you up to date through out the whole process.                                                                                                                                            

If you have purchased from any one of our collections and your ring is damaged, please email us at support@whofoundeuphoria.com with proof by image(s) and we can assist you in replacing your piece. 

If the piece looks worn we may not be able to help you as we don't take responsibility after shipping.                                                                                                                                           

However if you have purchased a ring from any of our collections and the sizing is incorrect, we can assist you in resizing your piece as long as you don't wear it. We do ask you to foot the costs of shipping both ways.                                                                                                                                            

**Unfortunately for custom rings there will be a resizing fee of $50 on top of footing the cost of shipping both ways.
